Such a lovely new addition to Newtown full of atmosphere and food out of this world, with delicious drinks available too!! Can definitely recommend the matcha and chai. Staff are also very friendly and attentive making it such a pleasant experience too.

Greeted by a smiling front of house always makes me feel dining should be a good experience. The food was well prepared, well presented and very tasty. Great coffee and all round great breakfast. Will make it here again on our return to Hobart.

Stopped here on our holiday from Adelaide whilst we were on our way up north to Devonport. The young lady serving was very friendly and attentive. The food was just exceptional. Addmy We had the Crispy Rice and Chicken and Corn fritters. Both were very very nice and very generous serves for the price. Would definitely visit again if we are in Hobart again.

I was told by a family member to visit the Parcel Cafe as they had been there and said it was fantastic. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it was going to be a great experience as by just looking at the decor then the menu, I could tell a lot of thought had been put onto everything. I ordered the Corn fritters, and they were probably the best fritters I have had. They were light and full of flavour, and the texture was just right. There was a very generous amount of avocado, which is great as I often find places don't have enough. I had never had tonkatsu sauce before, but it was the perfect flavour to compliment the dish. My mum who I was dining with ordered the waffles, and was very happy with her meal. This is a place I will certainly visit often for brunch. Being transparent here: I didn't take the photo of the corn fritters, it was taken by the business and posted onto their social media half an hour after we dined there. But I wanted to show how good this dish looks to back up my comments in this review. I did take the photo of the hanging plants, as even though my picture isn't the best, I absolutely love what they have done with the decor. Very clever and it looks great.

An excellent spot for breakfast! Coffee was delicious and fast. Service was friendly and efficient. I had the duck, and it was moist, the skin was crispy and the spice on it was tasty; the pickled grapes were a very good touch. My partner had the eggs bene, and also was very happy. Will definitely return!

The space is truly inviting, light, airy, and welcoming. The waitress is happy and warm. It is partly owned by the owners of Lansdowne Cafe in West Hobart, another favourite place of mine- they have a unique flair and style. You know when you walk in that there is something special about the venue, with the colourful art on the walls and plants scattered around, it feels very cosy. Even the background music is calming, it transports you into a holiday feeling. The food and service were amazing. Today we had the chilli jam, scrambled eggs on brioche- So yummy and beautifully presented. We keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend.

We went to parcel cafe for our first breakfast on our family holiday to Tassie. The food was seriously delicious. The fritters were crunching and tasty, the poached eggs cooked perfectly, the sour dough bread was perfection and it was probably the best porridge I have ever tasted. The coffee was lovely, as were the staff. What a way to start our tour of the island! Thank you.

So glad to find this lovely & cosy little cafe! The garden vibe is so chill for dining in. The server is friendly and attentive! Coffee is good. My partner and I ordered corn fritters and a duck special - well presented and tasty! Only thing: we both agree more sauce would make them perfect! Will definitely be back!
